Applicants should preferably have:

• A PhD or equivalent terminal degree.
• Affiliation with a recognized university or research institution.
• An active publication record in peer-reviewed journals.
• Expertise in one or more of the journal's subject areas.
• Commitment to research ethics and publication quality.
• Previous reviewing or editorial experience (preferred but not mandatory).
